- Molecular biology methods (qRT-PCR, RNA isolation, cloning, reporter gene analysis) and biochemical methods (e.g. SDS-PAGE, Western blot, chromatography, proteomics)
- Immunological methods (immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, ELISA , FACS) and cell biological methods (e.g. cell culture, 3D skin model, transfections, proliferation tests, apoptosis assays)
- Mouse experiments using a melanoma tumor model
- Good practical experience in various cell biology, immunology, and infectious disease research areas, as well as with the above-mentioned methods
- Experience in cell culture and animal experiments is an advantage
- Confident in the use of Windows programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad, and Prism for computer-aided documentation of results
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
