  • Molecular biology methods (qRT-PCR, RNA isolation, cloning, reporter gene analysis) and biochemical methods (e.g. SDS-PAGE, Western blot, chromatography, proteomics)
  • Immunological methods (immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, ELISA , FACS) and cell biological methods (e.g. cell culture, 3D skin model, transfections, proliferation tests, apoptosis assays) 
  • Mouse experiments using a melanoma tumor model

  • Good practical experience in various cell biology, immunology, and infectious disease research areas, as well as with the above-mentioned methods
  • Experience in cell culture and animal experiments is an advantage
  • Confident in the use of Windows programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad, and Prism for computer-aided documentation of results
  • Reliability and ability to work in a team
